Booking Policies

  • Cancelation policy: 48 hours notice is required to change/reschedule your appointment. With less than 24 hours notice or no-show, you'll be fully charged for the service

  • To secure your desired date and time for your appointment, deposit is required at the time of booking.

  • In case I'm ever prevented to appear at the scheduled time, your next session is free. (when paid in full)

  • What is massage therapy?
    Massage therapy is a holistic practice that involves manipulating the soft tissues of the body (skin, fascia, and muscle) to improve range of motion, daily living, and balance throughout the body.
  • How many sessions are recommended?
    Healing is a constant process, and it's different for everybody. Some people might need a couple of sessions and other might need to receive ten sessions, but you will feel instant relieve after your first session.
  • How can I schedule my appointment?
    Call 312-878-7774 or leave a message and I will get back to you as soon as I can. You can also book online 24/7, up to one hour before the start of your session.
  • Is there a physical location?
    At this moment, Moon House Massage is a premier mobile massage company offering a variety of massage styles and techniques, all delivered directly to your location for your convenience.
  • Why is skin care important?
    Good skin care is essential at any age that can strengthen and prepare your skin for the effects of aging down the road. Skin care primarily focuses on the delicate areas on your face, neck, and décolleté, with regimens focused on cleansing, moisturizing, and treating specific conditions.
  • What is reiki?
    Reiki is a form of energy healing, that helps us re-focus and reconnect with the universal life force energy. Energy is at the core of everybody and everything that unifies everything around us, to us.
  • Can I request out-call facial, skin care or reiki service?
    Currently we only offer massage out-call services, with plans to expand our offerings in the future. So keep your eyes and ears open for when there is an option to book another services.
  • Is gratuity required?
    Gratuity is not required but always appreciated. However, I would value a positive review and/or a personal referral!
